Frontier Intelligence Network (FIN) is operated by Regal Nexus Group Limited, registration number 191502280, in Tanzania. This policy explains how Regal Nexus Group Limited handles personal information in connection with the FIN website, enquiries and introductory conversations. A separate written agreement may address information exchanged during a client engagement.

Information we receive

When you contact FIN, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, organisation, contact details, the nature of your enquiry and any correspondence. If you book a conversation, the booking service also processes the details you enter to arrange the appointment. The website and its hosting infrastructure may generate technical records, including your IP address, browser and device information, pages requested and access times, to deliver and protect the site.

Please do not send confidential transaction documents through an introductory email unless we have agreed an appropriate channel for them.

How and why we use information

We use enquiry and booking information to respond to you, arrange discussions, evaluate whether FIN can assist, manage business correspondence and, where agreed, take steps toward an engagement. Technical information helps operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. We may also process information to meet legal obligations or protect our rights. Where applicable, these activities are based on your request, steps toward or performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate business interests or consent where required by law.

We may share relevant information with professional advisers where necessary for an enquiry or engagement, or disclose it when required by law. We do not sell personal information. The booking link leads to Google Calendar, which has its own privacy terms; the email action opens the email application you choose.

International processing

Some service providers may process information outside Tanzania. Where a transfer is subject to Tanzanian data-protection requirements, we address those requirements before making the transfer and use appropriate protections for the information involved.

Retention and security

We retain personal information for the time reasonably needed to deal with an enquiry or engagement, maintain necessary business records and meet applicable legal obligations. Access is limited to those who need the information for these purposes, and we use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it. No method of electronic communication or storage is completely secure.

Cookies and automated decisions

This website does not use advertising cookies or automated profiling to make decisions about visitors. FIN does not use an optional analytics service on the site at this time. Essential website delivery and security services may process technical request information as described above.
